Rev. Dr. Ernest Philip Irungu (pictured) was consecrated on 12th July 2008 in the UK as the Bishop of Vision Gospel Ministries International.The ceremony attended by more than two hundred people took place at Vision house,68 Wallis Road,Hakneywick London E9 5LH. Presiding bishops on this consecration were Bishop Simon Iheanacho-UK world evangelism and ministerial council;bishop Joel Aldred-church Together in England;bishop J.P Hackham-translantic and Pacific Alliances of churches;Bishop Dr. Moses Adedipe- universal Christian Mission International and UK World Evangelism Church and Ministerial Council (WECMC). Tanzania Association Community in the UK,bringing together Tanzanians Diaspora from the Mainland and the Isles of Zanzibar was represented by Dr. Hildebrand Shayo.
