The Beginning of an Exciting Fashion Career

It’s that time of the year where new untapped creative talents in the Tanzanian Fashion industry shall have the opportunity of their dreams to become the next fashion design icon from Tanzania . An annual competition being held under the umbrella of East Africa ’s premiere fashion platform, Swahili Fashion Week.

“We are looking for the new Creative Talent Who is going to be the Future of the Tanzania Fashion Scene” said Mustafa Hassanali

The competition, now in its third year has no age limit, and is open to anyone who believes he or she has the creative talent of being a fashion designer. “Swahili Fashion week is the perfect platform for a designer to showcases his creation, and the emerging designers competition, is a stage to jump start off ones career.” Added Mustafa Hassanali Swahili Fashion Week organizer

The competition is open to everyone from all parts of Tanzania , and deadline for registration is the 30^th of august 2010. “In 2008 Edwin Musiba won the award, whilst the second edition in 2009 was won by 2jenge Afrika Matalay, I wonder who shall win this year’s award?” Concluded Hassanali

UTAFUTAJI WA WABUNIFU UMEANZA SASA

LENGO NI KUIBUA VIPAJI VIPYA VYA UBINIFU WA MAVAZI.

Kwa mara nyingine tena sekta ya ubunifu Tanzania inatoa fursa kwa wabunifu wote wenye ndoto za kuwa wabunifu bora kushikiri katika shindano la kuibua vipaji vya wabunifu hapa Tanzania . Shindano hili la mwaka limekua likifanyika chini ya mwanvuli wa jukwaa kuu la Africa Mashariki Swahili Fashion Week.

“Tunaangalia wabunifu ambao wana malengo ya kuwa wabunifu bora wa mavazi hapa Tanzania ” Alisema Mustafa Hassanali.

Shindano hili linafanyika kwa mwaka wa tatu sasa, halina kikwazo cha umri, na linatoa fursa kwa watu wote wanaoamini kwamba wana kipaji cha ubunifu, na wanataka kuwa wabunifu. “Swahili Fashion Week ni jukwaa bora kwa wabunifu kuonyesha uwezo wao wa ubunifu na kuibua sindano la wabunifu wapya, ni jukwaa linalowawezesha watu kufikia malengo yao ”, aliongeza Mustafa Hassanali muandaaji wa Swahili Fashion Week.

Shindano hili linatoa fursa kwa wabunifu kutoka pande zote za Tanzania . Mwisho wa kujisajili ni tarehe 30^th ya mwezi wa August 2010. “Mwaka 2008 Edwin Musiba alishinda, na mwaka 2009 alishinda 2jenge Afrika Matalay, najiuliza nani atashinda mwaka huu?”, alimalizia Hassanali.
