Vodacom enhances its VodaJamaa service to customers.

Now, Vodacom customers can register and talk up to 15 Vodacom people within a month, up to 5 Vodacom people at a time for only ONE Shilling per second (Taxes excluded – VAT & Excise).

Vodacom Tanzania has decided to revitalise its VodaJamaa service by increasing the VodaJamaa numbers from TWO to FIVE so as to increase its customers opportunity to talk to MORE people at a significant cost saving of only ONE shilling per second (Taxes excluded – VAT & Excise) for 24 hours within 30 days.

Vodacom customers will also be able to register up to 15 people in a month (5 people at a time) and talk for only ONE shilling per second (Taxes excluded – VAT & Excise) for 24 hours.

With this enhanced VodaJAMAA service, Vodacom customers can now register their FIVE Vodacom numbers at a time using:

1. First number: *144*1*Vodacom number#

2. Second number: *144*2*Vodacom number#

3. Third number: *144*3*Vodacom number#

4. Forth number: *144*4*Vodacom number#

5. Fifth number: *144*5*Vodacom number#

NOTE: To check your VodaJAMAA settings and the next day you can change them, dial *144#

Terms & Conditions:

§ Customers will have 10 FREE changes on one number or any of the numbers that they wish to change after the initial (5 numbers) registration and any additional change (i.e. the 11th change) will be charged Tsh 500 inclusive of all taxes.

§ The registration of the first number will mark the start of the 30 days rule (VodaJamaa numbers can be changed after 30 days) and the remaining FOUR numbers can be registered for FREE any day within 30 days, and they will all be tied up by 30 days rule marked by registration of the first number.

§ For existing VodaJAMAA customers who have already registered TWO numbers they will go on and apply step 3 to 5 to register their remaining 3 numbers. The THREE additional registered numbers will adopt the existing 30 days rule on the subject of the cell phone number. They will also be given 10 FREE changes after completing registration of 5 numbers and a charge of Tsh 500 for any other additional change (i.e. the 11th change).

§ After the elapse of 30 days from the first registration/change the customer will be given another 10 FREE VodaJamaa changes for another 30 days, any additional change will be charged Tsh 500 inclusive of all taxes.

§ VodaJamaa Tariff is Tsh 1 per second (Taxes excluded – VAT & Excise) and is applicable 24/7 (i.e. from Monday to Sunday).

§ VodaJamaa 5 numbers is applicable to Prepaid, VodaJaza and Post-paid customers.

§ VodaJamaa tariff is not applicable to Vodazone discount scheme.

§ VodaJamaa tariff is not be applied to Community / SIMU ya Watu Plans.
