Unataka kuuza kompyuta yako na kununua mpya,lakini kwenye kompyuta yako kuna kumbukumbu nyingi za muhimu ambazo usingependa mtu mwingine yeyote azipate wala kuziona.Je utafanya nini?

Utafuta kila kitu kwa kubonyeza “Delete” halafu kwenda jalalani(Recycle bin) kufuta kila kitu? Au utaamua kuformat na kuifanya kompyuta yako kufuta kila kitu?

Majibu ni mengi na inategemea na ufahamu wa muhusika,ila ukweli ni kuwa kwa njia zote mbili za hapo juu hakuna hata njia moja iliyo salama,kwani kama utatumia njia kama hizo na ukamuuzia

mtu mwenye utaalam wa kompyuta,basi ataweza kuzirudisha(recover) kumbukumbu zote ambazo mwenyewe ilizani zimefutika.

Jinsi gani kompyuta inahifadhi kumbukumbu?

Wengi wetu wanaweza wakawa wameshaanza kujiuliza,inakuwaje sio salama wakati nimeshafuta kila kitu toka kwenye kompyuta? Je mtu ataweza vipi kuona mafaili ambayo tayari nimeshayafuta?

Ukweli ni kuwa,kwa mujibu wa uhifadhi wa kumbukumbu kwenye kompyuta.Pindi unapofuta au kufanya format(kuweka mtambo endeshi(OS) mpya),sio kweli unayafuta moja kwa moja mafaili na kumbukumbu

toka kwenye kompyuta yako.Kitu kinachofanyika ni kuwa unaondoa taswira yake kwenye uso wa mbele wa hard disk hivyo kukufanya wewe uone kama umeyafuta ila bado yanaendelea kuwepo kwenye disk yako.Na hii ndio maana kama kunatokea kesi,wataalam wa uchunguzi wa makosa ya kompyuta(Computer Forensic) huchukua kompyuta yako kwa ajili ya kuifanyia uchunguzi.

Siku hizi kuna program nyingi sana ambazo zina uwezo wa kurudisha mafaili hata yale yaliyokuwepo kipindi ulipoinunua kompyuta kwa siku ya kwanza, mara nyingi jinsi gani unaweza kuyarudisha

hayo mafaili hutegemea elimu ya mtu anayefanya hizo kazi ya kuyarudisha,kwani kazi ya kuyarudisha haya mafaili huwa ngumu kutegemeana na jinsi mafaili hayo yalivyofutwa.Mfano faili

lililofutwa kwa kubonyeza “Delete” ni rahisi zaidi kulirudisha kuliko lile lililofutwa kwa kuformat kopyuta, vilevile huwa ngumu zaidi kama mtumiajai alifanya mgawanyo wa hard disk (partition) baada ya kuformat.

Hivyo leo hii nitakuonehsha njia thabiti za kufuta kumbukumbu toka kwenye kompyuta unayotaka kuiuza ili kuhakikisha unakuwa salama zaidi.

Nitafutaje kumbukumbu moja kwa moja toka kwenye kompyuta ?

Takwimu z inaonesha kuwa mtu mmoja kati ya wanne wamekuwa wakiibiwa siri zao kutokana na kuuza kompyuta bila kufuta kumbukumbu,hivyo kama wewe hutaki kuingia kwenye hilo kundi basi unaweza kufuata hatua zifuatazo.

1.Chukua ile CD uliyopewa pindi uliponunua kompyuta yako,ambapo nyingi huitwa recovery CD.Kama umepoteza hii CD au haukupewa pindi uliponunua kompyuta,basi nenda online na tafuta programu z inazotumika kufuta kumbukumbu(disk-wiping program). Programu hizi zipo nyingi ila binafsi nimewahi kutumia Darik’s Boot and Nuke (DBAN) hivyo nakushauri uijaribu hii.
2. Tumia programu kama Nero au yoyote uliyoizoea kuchoma hayo mafaili ya hii programu kwenye CD,kumbuka kuchagua mtindo wa Bootable CD.

3.Weka CD kwenye kompyuta yako halafu irestart. Kompyuta inatakiwa kuitambua hiyo CD pindi tu inapowaka,kutatokea ujumbe kwenye kioo unaosomeka “press any key to boot from CD.” Hapo bonyeza kitu chochote kwenye keyboard yako.

Kumbuka: Kama hautouona huu ujumbe unaosomeka”boot from CD” inawezekanika kabisa umekosea katika kuchoma hiyo CD yako,unatakiwa kuichoka kama “Bootable CD”.

Jaribu tena au wasiliana na mtaalamu wa IT aliye karibu nawe. Kama una uhakika kabisa uliichoma kama Bootable CD,basi inawezekana kuna mabadiliko unatakiwa kuyafanya ili kuiwezesha kompyuta kuitambua CD,haya kwa wasio na utaalam inabidi wawatafute wenye utaalam kidogo ili wakusaidie kubadilisha utaratibu wa BIOS.

Kama unataka kujaribu mwenyewe,basi kompyuta inapowaka tu bonyeza “Delete”,baada ya hapo fuata maelekezo na kuingia kwenye “Boot Sequence”,iweke CD or DVD kuwa ya juu kabisa kabla ya Hard drive,hapo mambo yatakuwa sawia.

4. Fuata maelekezo utakayopewa na hiyo programu,mara nyingi huchukua masaa kadhaa hadi siku mpaka kufuta kila kitu kilichopo kwenye kompyuta yako.

Kama haujiamini,njia salama kwa 100% ni kutoa hard disk na kuiweka kwenye jiwe,halafu chukua nyundo na ivunjevunje au imwagie petrol na kuichoma moto.

Baada ya hapo basi kompyuta yako itakuwa mbichi kabisa na unaweza kuiuza bila utata wala hofu juu ya kumbukumbuku wala usalama wako.

So, if breakups don't have to occur, what cases them and how can you prevent them?
Here are four ideas of vinod to help you better understand why breakups happen and

what you can do to prevent them in your relationship.

1. Old Fears Surface.

It's to be expected that being in an intimate relationship will inevitable bring up fears and challenges from the past. These might include fearing not being good enough, attractive enough, wealthy enough or even feelings of abandonment. If fears are not expected, looked at and healed, they interfere in some way or another with the health of every relationship. Take some time to notice when the fears surface, be loving with
yourself but look inward instead of outward blaming your partner for what clearly is your issue.

Ask yourself if your fears are "true" or are you just making "stories" up in your head. If you are creating those "stories" and there's no basis of truth to them, then change your thinking. It's not always easy to do and it takes moment by moment monitoring of your
thoughts. If you need help and support to make the changes you want in your life, be courageous enough to get it.

You may not have healed your broken heart from past relationships that ended and you find it very difficult to trust your current partner or open your heart completely to him or her. Vinod suggest that you stop living from the hurt of those past relationships and bring yourself into the present moment, without continuing the "stories" of the past. Commit to starting over, allowing your fears to be there but reminding yourself that this is a new day.

2. Not Feeling Understood, Valued, Loved and Appreciated.

Everyone wants to feel understood, valued, loved and appreciated and when we're not, we tend to either withdraw or attack the other person for not meeting our needs. If you want to be appreciated, start appreciating the other people in your life. Sounds simplistic but it really works!

If you are not feeling loved, start being open to seeing and feeling love and appreciation that people are giving you that you may not be aware of in your daily life. It may be that someone allows you to go ahead of them in traffic or tells you to go ahead in a grocery line. Send some appreciation back to them and to everyone around you and watch love snowball in your life.

3. Not Making their Relationship a Priority.v9d3369

Many couples take each other for granted and don't give their relationship the attention it needs most of the time. The lack of closeness and connection can be overwhelming and can cause great loneliness. Make your relationship a priority in your life. Set aside time everyday to connect with your partner.

We believe that sex happens long before the bedroom. It starts all day long when you have thoughts about your partner--Are these thoughts positive or negative? It continues when you come together--Are you happy to see each other and express love and appreciation or do you great each other with a laundry list of chores, things to be done or grievances?

These are just a couple of ways we make our relationship a priority. Try them in yours!

4. One or Both People are Made to Feel They are "Wrong."

One of the biggest mistakes people make is that they make each other wrong. As soon as critical words are said, defenses and walls go up and suddenly that person who you love and they love you becomes an "enemy."

Before you jump into blaming and judging your partner, stop and take a moment to breathe. Ask yourself if making your partner wrong will drive you further apart or move you closer toward healing. Open your heart to understanding the dynamics of what's going on between the two of you. Understand the full story before you start making someone wrong. So often we assume to know what is in someone's heart and we really don't. Take the time to find out!

5. Not healing your heart after a previous relationship breakup

Many people go from relationship to relationship without truly healing their hearts. They never discover what went wrong in their previous relationship and what they could have done differently. They keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again and always expect a different outcome.

Could see a little more clearly. After a couple of miles she was again on
Dry land, and the sun came out.


Her father said, "Now you can pull over and get out."

She said "But why now?"

He said "When you get out, look back at all the people that gave up and are
Still in the storm, because you never gave up your storm is now over.


This is a testimony for anyone who is going through "hard times".


Just because everyone else, even the strongest, gives up. You don't have
To...if you keep going, soon your storm will be over and the sun will shine
Upon your face again.

Tume ya Uchaguzi imetangaza nafasi 104 ya wabunge wa viti maalumu kwa mgawanyo wake wa kuweza kuingazia uwiano wa wingi wa kura za ubunge. Hivyo baada ya kukokotoa uwiano wa viti hivyo CCM imejizolea viti 65, CHADEMA kimepata viti 23 na CUF kimepewa viti 10.

Katika bunge lililopita kulikuwa na Viti maalumu 75 ambapo CCM ilikuwa ina viti 58, CUF viti 11 na CHADEMA viti 6. Viti vingine 6 vimeachwa wazi vikisubiri matokeo ya majimbo 7 ambayo uchaguzi wake haukufanyika.

Yafuatayo ni majina ya wanaopewa nafasi kutajwa kuwa wabunge wateule kutoka CCM na CHADEMA. Chama Cha Wananchi CUF bado hakijapeleka orodha ya majina waliyopendekeza kuchukua nafasi zao 10.

5 Reasons, As To Why God Uses Problems

The problems that you face, will either defeat you or develop you, depending on how, you respond to them. Unfortunately, most people fail to see, as to how God wants to use problems, for good causes, in their respective lives. They react foolishly, and resent their problems, rather than pausing to consider, as to what benefits, they might bring.
Here are five ways, that God wants to use the problems, in your life:-
1.God Uses Problems, To DIRECT You
Sometimes, God must light a fire under you, to get you moving. Problems often point us, in new directions, and motivate us, to change. Is God trying, to get your attention? Sometimes it takes
a painful situation, to make us change, our ways.
2. God Uses Problems, To INSPECT You
People, are like tea bags. If you want to know, as to what is inside them, just drop them, into hot water! Has God tested your faith, with a problem? What do problems reveal, about you? When you have many kinds of troubles, you should be full of joy; because you know that these troubles, test your faith; and this will give you, patience."
3. God Uses Problems, To CORRECT You
S ome lessons we learn only through pain and failure.

It's likely that as a child your parents told you not to touch a hot stove.

But you probably learned by being burned. Sometimes we only learn

the value of something... health, money, a relationship. ..

by losing it. "It was the best thing that could have happened to me,
for it taught me to pay attention to your laws."
4. God Uses Problems To PROTECT U
A problem can be, a blessing in disguise, if it prevents you from
being harmed, by something more serious. Last year, a friend of mine
was fired from his job, only for having refused to do, something unethical, that his boss
had asked him, to do. That friend's unemployment, was a problem, but that
itself saved him, from being convicted and sent to prison, a year
later; when the
actions of the M
anagement of his previous office, were eventually discovered.

5. God Uses Problems, To PERFECT You
Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders.
God, is far more interested in your character, than in your comfort.
Your relationship with God, and your character, are the only two
things that you are going to take with you, into eternity.

hey help us learn, to be patient. Patience, develops strength of
character, in us; and helps us trust God more, each time that we use it, until finally our hope and faith, are strong and steady."

God, is at work in your life, even when you do not recognize it, or understand it. But it is much easier and more profitable, when you cooperate, with Him.
